TasPorts is committed to facilitating trade and economic growth for Tasmania, and our partnerships with peak industry bodies are a direct demonstration of that commitment.
We are actively involved with over 30 industry associations and working groups, with a goal to help these bodies address challenges and overcome trade barriers, contributing to the success of their sectors and the well-being of the broader Tasmanian community.
Some of this work includes:
- lending the time and expertise of our people to participate in the running of some of these groups, including advocacy activities;
- sharing market insights and information to help inform planning and decision-making; and
- offering targeted support programs to solve specific issues or gaps.
