The Spirit of Tasmania II is in the Port of Hobart for some routine maintenance works over the next few weeks.
While here she’ll undergo works including deck and hull preservation and painting, scheduled tank inspections, routing maintenance on the main engine, main gearbox, generators and auxiliary equipment.
General repairs will also be done to the interior of the vessel for when she resumes service next month. In the meantime, sister ship Spirit of Tasmania I will be operating on an amended schedule between Tassie and Victoria.
